We've reached the 13th message in this series, and we’ll be looking at another topic that many people are confused about today: Baptism! What is it? Why do so many different groups of Christians practice baptism in such different ways? Are there different kinds of Baptisms? .. Tomorrow, we'll begin by examining the account of Christ's baptism by John in the Gospel of Matthew. Just in these few short verses we'll see mention of a 'baptism of repentance' and being 'baptized with the Holy Ghost and with Fire!' - as well as the obvious water baptisms that are happening. What's it all mean? We'll unpack it verse-by-verse to get a solid handle on what the Bible's core teaching on Baptism is! Also, as usual, we’ll consider the main attack on the Bible’s teaching about Baptism, the Core Christian stand for these truths, and close with a practical look at how our day-to-day lives are changed by understanding what God has in mind for baptism in our lives!
