One of my all-time favorite prophecies about the coming of Jesus Christ in the whole Bible! Even though this prophecy is only 4 verses long, it is densely packed with prophetic meaning. So dense, in-fact, that we're going to spend the next 2 Sundays on the study of this amazing prophecy. Tomorrow, in part one, we'll look at the first half of the prophecy that deals with the FIRST coming of the Messiah. There is some math involved... but don't be alarmed! Once you understand that basics, it's all easy to follow.
After we've taken the time to really understand this prophecy - we'll discover something even more wonderful than just simple amazement... we'll see the DEEP hope that comes from learning about how totally trustworthy God is. What wonderful news that we can trust the promises of God!
