This Sunday we conclude chapter 7 in our study of the Book of Daniel. Last Sunday, we looked at Daniel’s vivid and disturbing vision of 4 terrible beasts emerging out of a stormy sea. We ended with a bit of a ‘cliffhanger’ in verse 19 as Daniel asks the angelic host about the nature of the terrible 4th beast… and its boastful horn. Tomorrow, we’ll pick up where we left off: we’ll take a deep dive into this unusual 4th kingdom, it’s 10 horns (kings), and the arrogant ‘little horn’ that goes to war with God and with His saints.
Not only will we be covering this momentous bit of prophecy - but we’ll find also some more deeply practical lessons and warnings for us today. These lessons will help us not just survive our time in 'Babylon' - but learn to thrive here!
