In part 8 of this series, we'll conclude our study of the famous 'Fiery Furnace' story. Last Sunday, we saw how these three young men courageously declared their belief that God COULD save them from the fire... but that they were going to remain loyal to the True King whether He delivered them or not. As we'll see: God did in-fact allow these brave men to go into the furnace, but He didn't abandon them there! Their courage, and the miracle that accompanied it, contain a powerful spiritual lesson for us all today as we face our own versions of the Fiery Furnace.
As always, we'll be asking our core question for this series: How do we navigate this life in such a way that we don't just survive, but thrive as the people of God living in a strange land?
