We've reached the 14th message in this series - only 1 more left to go(!), and we’ll be looking at one of my favorite subjects to preach about: Heaven! Most Americans - even those that aren't Christians - believe in Heaven in some way or another. Of course, people have wildly different ideas about what Heaven will be like, who gets to go there, and what will happen to this present physical world... but happily, the Bible has answers! While there are many aspects of the 'world to come' that we don't have many details about, the Bible DOES give us a clear picture of the Core Truths. It is deeply energizing and hope-giving to study what God has to say about our true home, as Christians. As usual, we’ll also consider the main attack on the Bible’s teaching about Heaven, the Core Christian stand for this truth, and close with a practical look at how our day-to-day lives are changed by understanding what the future holds beyond the end of this present world!
