In part 3, we'll read about a mysterious dream that King Nebuchadnezzar had - and his fury when all of his wise men were unable to describe the dream to him! In his wrath, the King ordered all of the wise men of Babylon (including Daniel and his friends) to be killed. What should the people of God do when faced with the fury of an enraged king? PRAY! ... and Pray Together!
As we study, we'll consider some questions about the nature of God speaking through dreams and visions, how people get tired of lies, how we can make wise choices when faced with impossible circumstances... and we'll get to see the God of the Impossible at work! It's going to be a great study!
Through it all, we'll be asking our core question for this series: How do we navigate this life in such a way that we don't just survive, but thrive as the people of God living in a strange land?
